Holmes Counseling Department

Welcome to the Holmes Counseling Department. 

We have a full time Social Worker, Mrs. West, a Psychologist, Michelle Corieri,  and a part time Counselor, Mrs. Addison, here at Holmes Elementary! 

My name is Mrs. West and I am the School Social Worker. I love the Holmes Community and getting to work with our students every day! Some services that I provide to our children are IEP counseling, short term individual counseling, social-emotional groups such as social skills or lunch bunches, crisis management and much more. Students can be referred to me by self-referral, teachers and parents.  Parents are always welcome to contact me by calling 716-874-8423 ext 29120 or emailing me at ewest@ktufsd.org. 

My name is Ms. Corieri and I am the School Psychologist. At Holmes, I support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being within the school. I work with staff and parents to identify and address learning challenges, mental health concerns, and behavioral issues that may impact a student's success. I help create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development for all students. I also play a role in developing students' individualized education programs (IEPs), providing crisis intervention, and promoting positive behavioral support systems to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive in school.
